Read Luke 16:19 to end of chapter. Unbelievers go to Hades and will remain there until after Satan is cast into Hell in Revelation 20:10. Then Revelation 20:11-15 decribes the lost being delievered up from Hades, judged according to their works to determine degree of punishment and then being cast into the lake of fire.
