Then who are the dead that meet JESUS in the air at the time of the Rapture? How can you be with the Lord, and then be risen from the dead at the Rapture? Thank You for your time. The souls of the believers are present with the Lord and will come with Him at the event of the rapture. Their souls will rise up from the earth to be united with their souls.
