Hi Pastor Hank, My father and I have been having deep discussions about Faith and being saved. I have been an avid listener of yours for a little over 2 yrs, so I am following “your” philosophy. My father has suggested I read “Mere Christianity” by C.S. Lewis. Have you read this and if so, what is your opinion on it? I have sent him your website, he said he would check it out. I pray that he does.

I like the direct approach. This is why I personally never got excited about C.S. Lewis. I personally do not read Christian fiction. I have never wanted to ask myself, “Did that come from the Bible?”. Since I don’t read ‘christian fiction’, I know that what I have in my head came directly from the Bible.
