Dr. Lindstrom – I really enjoy your show! I heard you speak of the red heffer in Jerusalem. I just wanted to make sure I’ve got the order right on this..the rapture happens first and then the temple is rebuilt? I was just wondering if belivers will see the temple built?
Answer:
I believe that the Third Temple will be rebuilt after the rapture. If you happen to see it being built before the rapture then get up on your ‘tip toes’ because we are out of here. The Red Heifer is necessary according to Numbers chapter 19 to ceremonially cleanse the Third Temple before any sacrifices can be offered. So, rapture first, then rebuilding of the Third Temple, then the cleansing with the ashes of the red heifer, then sacrifices, then the antichrist stops the sacrifices in the middle of the tribulation (Daniel 9:27) and presents himself as God in the temple of God in Jerusalem (II Thessalonians 2:3,4).
