we have two boys ages 9 & 11 and they go to a local Christian School. We love the NIV study Bible and would like a confirmation that this Bible is acceptable and the ‘inspired word of God’- my youngest son saw a King James and has an important question- which Bible version is the most accurate and most acceptable to the Lord?
Answer:
The NIV attempts to do away with the doctrine of Hell and has other flaws. Be careful. The book ‘New Age Bible Versions’ will help.
