Concerning healing, to whose unbelief does it refer to in Mark 6:5,6 and Matthew 15:38 when it says “Now He could not do no mighty work there……..He marveled because of their unbelief”? Does this show that it is possible not to receive healing as a result of lack of faith?

In Matthew 17:20, Jesus put the responsibility on the healer to have faith, NOT THE PERSON BEING HEALED.
