Please define for me the word “work” or “works”. You keep saying on your radio show that salvation is not by works. Thank you.
Answer:
Work means any effort expended on your part. When the Bible says in Ephesians 2:8.9 that Salvation is ‘NOT OF WORKS’. That means, ‘NOT OF WORKS’. In other words, ‘Good works do not get you to heaven, Nor do bad works send you Hell.’ Works have nothing to do with salvation. Salvation is received by ‘FAITH ALONE IN CHRIST ALONE.’
