IIPeter 2:4 says cast the sinful angels into hell to be kept till the judgement. IPeter 5:8 says that Satan roams around like a roaring lion… How is the world under the dominion of these fallen angels if they are in hell?

Satan’s angels are delievered into chains of darkness as a judge would deliever a condemned prisoner to the officers. Satan and his angels are free to hurt us only to the length of their chain, like a chained dog. “Darkness” is their ‘chain.’ A very thoughtful question. They are ‘reserved unto judgement’. At the Great White Throne Judgment Satan’s angels will be cast into hell.
