Dr. Lindstrom, Are believers that die previously to the rapture in heaven? I’ve been told that noone is in heaven until the second coming. Is this true?

II Corinthians 5:8. They are absent from the body and present with the Lord. At the rapture they come back with Jesus [I Thessalonians 4:14]and receive their new bodies.
