Q # 9659087

Question:

Thanks Hank, for your answer about the rapture. Yes, Enoch did not taste death at that time. But I believe Enoch will be coming back as a witness in Revelation. And he will die. According to The Word of God, we all have an appointment with death. God holds Himself to His Word. There was another man that didn’t die. I believe he is the other witness. We all have an appointment with death. But, at the rapture, it will happen in an instant. Maybe our bodies will disappear, but we will all die. God Bless, Wally

Answer:

The two returning witnesses will probably be Moses and Elijah NOT Enoch. You might notice the words of 1 Cor. 15:51-52 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” The key words of these verses is repetitive… the words are “WE WILL BE CHANGED.” There will be NO CORPSE left behind. When Jesus was transfigured was there a body left behind? NO! When Jesus died as the first fruits, and took on His immortal body was there a body left behind? No!
