If every one on earth at that time is a resurrected beleiver, and has eternal security, would Satan be able to deceive anyone? The 1,000 year reign of Christ begins with ALL BELIEVERS in their MORTAL BODIES. They will have children and their children will have children. Their decendants will have a sin nature inherited from Adam. Therefore, they will need salvation. It seems apparent that millions will not accept Jesus under the ideal conditions of the thousand year reign of Christ. Satan will be loosed to expose this unbelievers at the end of the millineum.
