Question:
I understand how Elijah will be one of the two witnesses during the great tribulation. But can Moses be the other? The two will be killed. I assume they will really be dead. Moses already died once. Will God make an exception to Hebrews 9:27 and have him die twice?
Answer:
Elijah never died, but was taken up alive in a firey chariot. Moses died, but apparently God preserved the body of Moses for this future event. See the Book of Jude 1:9 where the angel Michael had a dispute with Satan over the body of Moses.
