If your name is written in the Book of Life, does that mean you have everlasting life? If your name which is written in the book of life can be erased out of the book of life then everlasting life doesn’t mean everlasting life. Can you actually say that an unbeliever before he dies has everlasting life?
Answer:
The UNBELIEVER does not have EVERLASTING LIFE, but his/her name is in the Book of Life. This is because God has made PROVISION for ALL TO BE SAVED. At death the UNBELIEVER HAS HIS/HER NAME STRIKEN FROM THE BOOK. All BELIEVERS ARE PROMISED THAT THEIR NAMES WILL NEVER BE BLOTTED OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE. REVELATION 3:5
