Dr. Lindstrom, in Matthew 7, when Jesus said many will say have we not prophesied, cast out devils and done many wonderful things in your name, and Jesus replies, depart from me, I never knew you…How could these men have the power to do these things if they did not believe or trust in Jesus, or was their power actually from the darker side?

These are unsaved. Jesus said in Matthew 7:23, ‘I NEVER KNEW YOU…’ He didn’t say, ‘I once knew you and Iost you.’ They get their power from the devil. II Timothy chapter 3 talks of the last days and false professing Christians. ‘Ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.’ verse 7 and then verse 8 tell of some who will be of the caliber of Jannes and Jambres. These men confronted Moses with miracles from Satan before Pharoh. Good question.
