Hank, If God saves whom He has chosen to save and He does this by saving through grace and not of works then musn’t faith itself must be a free gift of a sovereign God?….and this because it must be bestowed by spiritual regeneration in the act of effectual calling? In other words God chooses us not we Him because “none seeketh after God no not one” It is not that we do not have freewills but our wills are guided by our desires and this is what is malfunctioning and will never seek after God so God must change our heart desires first..therefore doesn’t regeneration have to precede faith? Then also isn’t predestination just foreknowledge not foresight if it is God who chooses an elect? Jesus teache this when He says in John 6:44 “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws them him…..” How exactly do you see freewill in terms of John 6:44?

How do you see freewill in the light of JOHN 12:32. Jesus is ‘DRAWING ALL MEN UNTO HIMSELF’. Why are not all saved? Freewill.
