There are those who believe that the Rapture might not include all those who profess to be Christians, but only those who “are ready”, like the 5 virgins waiting for the bridegroom who had oil in their lamps. Please comment.

You are right about them. Many profess to be Christians and the Lord will say to them “I NEVER KNEW YOU”. Only believers will be taken up at the rapture. See I Thessalonians 4:14-17.
