This is called ‘rightly dividing the word of truth’ II Timothy 2:15. There is a difference between the tribulation that you and I might experience and the ‘tribulation period’ called Daniel’s ‘Seventieth week of Daniel’. A week of seven years that we call the tribulation period. Daniel says this will come upon Daniel’s people [the Jews] not the church or body of Christ. See Daniel 9:24-27.
